Yesterday, after a long time, I returned to enjoy a movie at the cinema with the family. We saw Gladiator II. Obviously the theme of leadership is recurrent, and is present throughout the plot; but I connect it with a reflection that a strategic partner, they express it very well!

Ultimately, being a leader implies not only leading, but also serving and supporting; with honesty and transparency to generate trust and respect.
